Hello

This is the first of these — a place to think out loud about the work I do, in public, before the thinking is finished. Not essays, exactly. More like notes left on the workbench: a decision I'm second-guessing, a thing I got wrong, a small idea I want to keep before it evaporates.

I'm writing them where anyone can read them because making a note legible to a stranger forces a clarity I never reach in a private file. Half the value is in the writing. The other half is in knowing someone might read it.

They'll be short, and a little unfinished. That's the point. If you've found your way to this corner of the internet — welcome. Pull up a stool.
